Terms of service

This website is operated by LAYERS (part of Studio David Graas). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to LAYERS. LAYERS offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the customer, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. 

PRICES
All prices mentioned are inclusive of VAT and excluding shipping cost. 21% VAT applies to orders within the EU. For orders outside the EU the 21% VAT is deducted from the prices mentioned. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

PRODUCTION TIME
As soon as the amount due is received from the customer we will start the production process of the order. It usually takes up to 7 working days for the ordered item to be produced. In case – due to circumstances – this process will take longer, the customer will be notified by email.

SHIPMENT
When the ordered item is produced it usually takes up to 2 working days for the ordered item to be shipped to the customer. In case – due to circumstances – this process will take longer, the customer will be notified by email. The estimated delivery time is 1-3 working days after dispatch to most world wide locations. We cannot be held responsible for the risk of loss, damage or decrease in value of the ordered articles from the moment the goods are shipped.

DUTIES AND IMPORT TAX
For shipments outside the European Union duties or import taxes may apply and these are not included in the cost of shipping. Contact the customs office in the country of destination for more information about applicable duties or taxes.

GUARANTEE
We guarantee the articles represent the specified condition the moment they are shipped. Damages and wear and tear due to normal usage or due to clear fault on the side of the customer are not guaranteed.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Our exchanges & returns  policy formulated separately on this website  is an integrated part of these terms of service.

PRIVACY
We will NOT pass on personal data to third parties for direct marketing purposes. The personal data submitted will only be used for handling the order and for direct communication between us and the customer.
