Remarks:

Size corresponds to the inner diameter of the ring. To establish your ring size, measure the inside diameter of one of your rings that already fits you. Use a ruler, calipers or a sliding gauge to accomplish this.

Measure the diameter several times and take the largest measurement. This is your ring size.

Since the band of the ring is quite wide it's advisable to add one mm to your normal ring size for a comfortable fit.
